1930's Ideal 15.25 Shirley Temple Composition Doll with tagged outfits and Trunk

  

An Antique 1930's Ideal Toy Co. Shirley Temple 15.25 Composition Doll with Trunk and 2 Shirley Temple Tagged Dresses, a Jump Suit and a Homemade Satin Dress, w/misc Socks and Shoes. (The 15.25"h measurement does not include hair) Not sure about the other pieces, but the Three Piece Blue Polka Dot Baby Doll Outfit is Truly Rare The 8"x 8.5"x 17"h Wooden Trunk has a Gloss Papered Veneer of a Deep Cordovan Faux Leather with Paper Labels, Leather & Brass Accents and a Leather Strap Handle.

The Interior is Lined with Original Old Ivory Cardboard with Two Pull Out Drawers with a Pencil Inscription of "This Doll Presented to Joyce from her Daddy Dec 25th, 1937" Overall Great condition with age expected wear. The doll, which needs a good cleaning, has overall crazing, rub marks and eyes have crystallized. The tagged clothes are all in good shape, but nothing is in perfect condition. Missing veneer on bottom edge of trunk and the strap handle has broken.
