We are pleased to offer for your consideration absolutely unique survivor. 1936 Eegee Eugene Goldberger Miss Charming Doll, 27 Tall. A Shirley Temple Look A Like. The Eegee Doll Company was founded in 1916 by Mr.

Features: composition head, shoulder plate, arms and legs, cloth stuffed body with sound box on the back (doesn't work), blue/green sleep eyes with short hair lashes, open mouth with six upper teeth, curly wig (which is glued on). The doll is marked on the back of her head. As well as marked E.

Thigh, just below attachment to the cloth portion. Mostly on the head and one thigh. She is wearing a green floral dress with attached white apron, green floral hat, white pantaloons and white rubber shoos, socks-I'm not sure if this clothing is original or not. Measurements approximately: 27" tall and about 16 1/2" - circumference of her head with wig (not available to remove the wig, it's glued on).

We don't see cracks, chips, restoration. The composition has most of its shiny original finish, with some expected crazing, not major age scratching, some points of clipped off paint here and there, which is typical and to be expected.. The eyes are open and close properly, they have slightly yellowish tone due to age, probably dirt, so blue or green-difficult to say (we didn't try to clean eyes in a reason not to do damage).

The stringing of the head is weak, could be restrung. All of her fingers and toes are intact. No return, the sale is final.
