She is wearing an excellent, untagged dress that appears to be a Shirley Temple fashion. A pink pleated dress with a white ruffled collar and pale blue ribbon belt. A white attached slip and underwear accented with trim. Pink stockings and tan oil cloth shoes with center snap and round buckles.
