Little Miss Shirley Doll w Haunted Uranium Green Eyes, With Vintage Portrait

  

This Shirley Temple doll came from an estate that had this 8x10 photo. The 2nd photo has a black light aimed at her eyes. Did they have the doll when the eyes turned?

Was it scary if they did, knowing that this Shirley Doll was such a twin to the photo of the girl? The doll is in great condition except the elastic on her knickers is stretched out. The photo says it's from PA, that's all the info I have on this set.
