Shirley Temple Pastime Box Set Rare 1937 Saalfield #1732. This is a rare set, it has 4 activity books: favorite games, favorite puzzles, sewing cards and coloring book. It comes with original box and the box insert. The books have been used(activities are mostly done) however they were still well taken care of for a child doing the activities inside.

Three of the covers are in really nice shape and bright verse aged. Normally these covers are very aged. The sewing one is aged/tanned however is still in decent shape. No tears or missing pages.

Some of the coloring inside, which I think may be water color, got on the opposite page shown in the close ups. One picture has a scuff piece of paper sticking up on shirleys head shown in the close up. Most of the coloring is inside the lines instead of scribble besides the parts that got on the other side from the paint.

On the written parts few erased answers. Staples have some rust but not rusted out. Minor wear to the books. Pages minor wear no major ear dogs. Few have a tiny edge tear on the bottom not major looks more like a scratch.

The outer box does have some damage. The owners name is written.

There is some splits and bends to the flaps, one flap is off. There is a few tears on the box some crushing to the box. Insert which is rare to find in these sets, my mom had several of them she collected shirley her whole life, has minor wear and bends. Pictures taken in natural light. Flaws shown in the photos.
