Shirley Temple Stand up and Cheer doll AND Vintage CARDBOARD STORE DISPLAY RARE! This was in the upstairs of an old hardware store. My mother was vacationing in Missouri and always stopped there as they had old dolls and collectibles. She got them to sell this to her. It has been in our home ever since. I think it is from 1972. It is dusty and a little beat up from wear and age on edges and corners, etc.

I want to make that clear, it is a bit rough. It has some tape and 5.99 written on the bottom. I have never seen any others. The doll herself has hair net still but face has faded to pale in comparison to body. Please see pictures for wear.
