Vintage Late 1030's 18" Composition Ideal Flirty Eye Makeup Shirley Temple Doll Wearing an Original "Boat Dress. Pretty Shirley Temple Doll wearing her original red white and blue boat dress, original onesie, hair ribbon, replaced socks and tan oilcloth center snap shoes. 18 Shirley is all composition, jointed at the neck, shoulders and hips.

Her face paint is very nice. She has renewed hazel/brown flirty sleep eyes that dart back and forth with ease and work exactly as they should. Eyes have thick brush lashes and hand painted lower lashes. She has multi-stroke eyebrows, eye shadow, light cheek blush, open smiling mouth showing six upper teeth and a dimple in each cheek.

Her dimples have partially filled in, she has a crack on one side of her mouth and cracks around both eyes. Her original mohair wig is thick and appears to be in the original set.

She is strung tightly - and can stand and pose. Very good fingers and toes without any repairs. Multiple cracks on back of head, face and legs.

Areas of age soil all over. She is not perfect but she displays very nicely and the flirty eyed dolls are getting harder to find. Additionally, the boat dress is very difficult to find - and this one is in good condition - although not tagged. Shoes have one fragile center snap, buckles are missing and they are a dark color.
